We offer services all around the world for in-person organising, even if you're not located in the UK, you can still take advantage of our in-person organising services. We offer customised travel rates for organising services anywhere in the world, so you can benefit from our professional expertise no matter where you are located.

How it works:

1. Book a consultation

During our initial consultation, we take the time to get to know you and your space. By understanding your goals and daily routine, we can create a personalized organising plan that is tailored to your specific needs. Our approach involves breaking down the project by space and providing you with a detailed quote that includes the estimated time and products required to complete the job.

2. Book your service

Once you have had your consultation, you will receive an email to book your service in. During your consultation, we will advise you how many organisers you require.

3. Transform your space

During the organisation process, we may have a few questions for you, but beyond that, you can sit back, relax, and let our expert organisers work their magic.

We take pride in delivering a stress-free experience for our clients, and our goal is to make the organising process as smooth and effortless as possible for you.

Pricing:

Our standard rate is £350 for an approved accredited organiser per day. Travel is capped at £40 within London per Dolly.

All travel, parking, tolls and accommodation is charged at standard local rates

Please note all prices are exclusive of VAT

  • 1 Accredited Organiser - £350
  • Team of 2 Accredited Organisers - £700
  • Team of 3 Accredited Organisers - £1050
  • Team of 4 Accredited Organisers - £1400
  • Expert Consultation with Dilly Carter - Starting from £250
    • Dilly to consult & assist you in person with Project Management, Planning, Wardrobe Styling & Personal Shopping, Storage and Organisation Solutions
    *all prices are exclusive of VAT

Hours:

Working hours are 10-4pm due to the intensity of the work, any work from 4-5pm is charged at the hourly rate of £50ph
Overtime starts at 5pm and is £60ph per organiser
Weekends are charged at time and a half.
Bank holidays are charged at a double rate.

Rooms Included - Wardrobes, Kitchens, Garages, Loft, Sheds, Bedrooms, Offices (home and professional spaces) Playrooms, and Utility rooms.


  • Storage and planning pre-visit consultation

  • Professional decluttering and reorganisation of your chosen area(s)

  • Multiple rooms will require multiple people (I can assess after photos)

  • We do not dispose of any charity or refuse items

Home Staging


  • Surface decluttering and staging to aid photos for selling

  • No inside cupboard organisation

  • We do not dispose of any charity or refuse items

Home Move Services


  • Storage solutions and planning pre-move

  • Professional UNPACKING ONLY

  • Every item unpacked and placed in an organised and styled manner so your home is functional, practical and stylish

  • We do not dispose of any charity or refuse items

Wardrobe Styling & Personal Shopping With Dilly

  • Day 1 Dilly will come to your house & help you with wardrobe declutter & organising
  • Day 2 Dilly will be a personal shopping day with you & Dilly where she will help you with your capsule wardrobe

Virtual Cleanse (1 hour) £250 plus VAT


  • Facetime call with Dilly

  • Walking around your home discussing the areas you need help

  • Storage solutions and space-saving ideas

  • Advice on what to move/ change/ remove

Virtual Cleanse - Full Days Support £400 plus VAT


  • Facetime call with Dilly

  • Walking around your home discussing the areas you need help with

  • Storage solutions and space-saving ideas

  • Advice on what to move/ change/ remove

  • Step by step guidance on what to move where, and continuous support throughout the day you choose to tackle your chosen area via facetime, WhatsApp or text

  • Unlimited
    support throughout the day

Storage Design and Planning -including, Kitchen, Wardrobe,
Utility, Loft, Garage, General home storage


  • Phone consultation and meeting up to 1 hour to discuss needs and plan

  • Ideas and storage design advice

  • Drawings 3d and CAD outsourced if needed
